Baghdad: Iraq announced to recall its ambassador from Iran due to IRGC missile attacks.

According to the World News Agency, Iraq immediately recalled its ambassador from Iran, Nasir Abdul Mohsen, without giving any reason, but the Iraqi media claimed that the ambassador was only called for consultation.

This move by Iraq has come to light when Iran's Revolutionary Guards launched missile attacks near the headquarters of Israel's intelligence agency Mossad and the US consulate in Iraq.

Matthew Miller, the US spokesperson of the Foreign Office, strongly condemned this attack by Iran and said that the US did not suffer any damage from this attack, but Iran is pursuing a policy of isolation.

The American spokesman also said that this missile attack by Iran is actually an attack on the security and sovereignty of Iraq.

Surprisingly, Israel immediately avoided commenting on the attack by Iran's Revolutionary Guards on the Iraq-based Mossad headquarters.

On the other hand, Iran said that the reason for these attacks in Iraq was to respond to the suicide attacks on the shrine of the slain commander General Soleimani on the fourth anniversary.
