The Election Commission officials while giving a briefing said that the result may be delayed in some places due to security and other reasons, but it cannot be changed.
Officials said that monitoring of the live location of ROs from across the country is ongoing, the presiding officer will use EMS on mobile phones.
During the briefing, Election Commission officials said that the presiding officers will post Form 45 outside the polling station and take a picture of it and send it to ROs.
Officials said that the photo will be locked inside the mobile phone with time and location, if there is no internet, the presiding officers will submit Form 45 to RO office in personal capacity.
