The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the best Test cricketer of the year 2023.
Australia's Travis Head, Usman Khawaja, India's spinner Ravichandran Ashwin and England's Joe Root were in tough competition for the ICC Men's Test Cricketer of the Year.
However, Australian opener Usman Khawaja won the ICC Test Cricketer of the Year award based on his outstanding performance in the year.
Usman Khawaja scored 1210 runs in 13 Test matches in the year 2023. He played an unbeaten innings of 195 runs against South Africa and 180 runs against India.
