Pakistan along with 11 countries has decided to provide legal assistance against the suspects of terrorism and serious crimes.
According to the sources, the federal cabinet has approved giving and receiving assistance on mutual basis with 11 countries.
Sources say that action will be taken against the people living abroad involved in defaming Pakistan on the same basis, USA, UK and Russia have been approved for legal cooperation against wanted Pakistani accused.
Poland, Mexico and Turkey have been approved for legal cooperation against suspects wanted for serious crimes.
According to the sources, it has been approved to take legal assistance from Afghanistan against the suspects involved in funding terrorists in Pakistan and to take legal assistance from the United Arab Emirates against those accused of funding terrorists.
Sources say that UK has approved to take legal assistance against the suspects involved in drug trafficking.
Sources have said that due to the lack of agreement with these countries, it has been decided to take and give legal support on a mutual basis.
